PBA 337 Raises Money for SAFE in Hunterdon

In 2022, the Raritan Township Police Department PBA 337 led by Sgt. Iglay, held a Cigar Night Fundraiser to support SAFE in Hunterdon. SAFE in Hunterdon serves Hunterdon County survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault by providing the resources they need to rebuild their lives and restore safety after experiencing or witnessing interpersonal violence.

With the assistance of the community, as well as, local business owners, PBA 337 was able to raise $4,000.00 to assist SAFE in Hunterdon. We would like to extend a special thank you to Vito Marinelli (Marinelli's Pizza & Italian restaurant), Joe Colalillo (President of ShopRite, George Featherman (Grape Expectations), and Steve McDevitt (Cigars International) for their continued support.

Pictured is the presentation of the donation to SAFE in Hunterdon representatives Rebecca Ramos (Director of Programs), Lauren Bivona (Executive Director) and Rita Lewis (Client Services Manager). Also pictured is Gary Casterline (Shop-Rite), George Featherman (Grape Expectations), and Vito Marinelli (Marinelli's Pizza & Italian restaurant).

Thank you to all of the parties involved in making this a successful outing!
