Special Olympics World Games

State Delegate Meg Hammond has been selected to run the final leg of the Law Enforcement Torch Run in Berlin, Germany. Meg Hammond has over 21 years of service with the Raritan Township Police Department. She is an active member on the New Jersey LETR State committee and is a run coordinator for two northern New Jersey Torch Run legs.

Meg volunteers her time around the state at multiple fundraising events for Special Olympics New Jersey. Seeing the athletes come together yearly at the Summer Games is the highlight of those events. Connections over the many years to athletes and their families continue to inspire her. Please wish her luck!
